A lazy port of Xpce for the gizmondo which is a PC Engine Emulator.......................

By lazy port i mean, i only alted screen size, Giz Buttons, sound, and some other small bits & bobs.
So i was so lazy that it needs to run in Windows CE Mode, but don't fear as Sweetlilmre LocknLoad
is used to make this run itself from standard Giz Gui.....................
Supports ZIPPED Roms...................




Right then follow these instructions for it to work 100%, using fireflys launcher:

Download and unzip the file, Copy the XpceGIZ FOLDER to ROOT of sd card, copy some pce rom files to sd card as well, then load and play.................

The Download:  XpceGIZ_FF.zip ( 150.83K ) Number of downloads: 423
For FireFlys Launcher.

These instructions for Zektor's Launcher:

Download and unzip the file, Copy the XpceGIZ FOLDER to ROOT of sd card, copy some pce rom files to sd card as well, When this is run the launcher will get in the way, so JUST PRESS STOP BUTTON TO QUIT LAUNCHER, XPCE will be running now.

The Download:  XpceGIZ_ZEK.zip ( 150.8K ) Number of downloads: 313
For Zektor's Launcher.

Right now the important part THE KEYS:

HOME = Load requester (To load a pce rom).
SOUND = Rest Game.
BRIGHTNESS = Load SaveState.
ALARM = Save SaveState.
POWER = Quit the Emulator.

D-PAD = Up, Down, Left, Right.
PLAY = Button A.
FORWAND = Button B.
LEFT TRIGGER = Select Button.
RIGHT TRIGGER = Start Button.

Once you have quit there will be an icon on the Windows CE screen to reload GIZ GUI, Highligt this and press play, when the Fatal Error screen appears just press PLAY and wait a while, back to giz gui

So once again thank to Sweetlilmre for his tool LocknLoad....................

The supported format for roms is .pce and you may zip them up using winzip...............

Thanks Guys, Have just notice a bug, sometimes when you quit the sound locks up and then you have to reboot your giz, Not a big problem, but still a bug.................................
