GizDrive 0.2.0
---------------

Gizmondo port by critical of PicoDrive, which was written by Dave.
Dave's home for it on the web is: http://www.finalburn.com/mobile/pico.html

It emulates MegaDrive/Genesis console.

The original documentation file in the doc directory of
the zip file that this readme file came in.

This distribution includes a build of the GAPI emulation layer by
Thierry Tremblay (thierry_tremblay@bigfoot.com).

Contact: criticalhippo@gmail.com

Installation
------------

Put GizDrive.exe in the root of your SD card, along with the included gx.dll, replacing any existing one you might have.

Usage
-----

ROMs must be in a directory called:

GizDrive

in the root of your SD Card. They must have the extension '.bin'

Buttons
-------

The joypad does what you'd expect. The other buttons are:

A RWND
B PLAY
C FFWD
D START

During emulation, the home key toggles the rom selector on and off, which will also
pause/resume the emulator.

Whilst in the rom selector is displayed, the STOP key exits back to the Gizmondo system.

Up and Down on the joypad when the rom selector is displayed will change the ROM that
will be played with the PLAY button is pressed.

TODO
----

Sound and savestates.

Excellent, Thanks mate.

Just two things, I noticed you have put: Put GizSNES.exe in the root of your SD card, along with the included gx.dll (replacing any existing one). Should that be Gizdrive.exe?

Also you said that the .dll distributed by Thierry Tremblayl should be backwards-compatible with those emulators too, would it make a difference using this .dll file with the ones you put with the other emulators?

Sorry - I'm really busy today. The instructions are incorrect - it should be GizDrive.exe as you suggest.

The gx.dll bundled with GizDrive.exe is different from the one that was distributed with the previous emulator ports I've released. Replace the old gx.dll with this one - it should cause no issues in the other emulators.

Scaling, then your my god.

Also, I would reccomend the button mapping to correlate to the megadrive joypad, i.e.

A = Rewind
B = Play
C = F Forward

Keep up the kick-ass work.

OMFG!

Toe Jam & Earl on the Gizmondo.

Critical I'd have your babies if the wife hadn't insisted on me getting sterilised.

I do have four perfectly servicable children you could choose from (need to check it's OK with my wife first mind).
