Well here it is, this is not a port, this is a dirty hack...............
HAPPY NEW YEAR............... PocketStella is an Atari 2600 emulator............. Info and Credits Here: http://stella.sourceforge.net/ The Download:
PocketStella.zip ( 799.83K )
Number of downloads: 1292This should work from fireflys launcher (and maybe zektors, rename PocketStella.exe to autorun.exe) and in windows ce mode............. Unzip the download, Copy FOLDER to SD Card, and copy 2600 game roms to the roms folder inside the pocketstella folder these should be .bin files........... Once loaded use D-Pad and play button to select game, Press VOLUME button to start game...... While game is playing press LEFT TRIGGER for options menu, use LEFT TRIGGER to move from option to option and play to select and change option, you can exit via exit option or press RIGHT TRIGGER Button to exit options menu......... Again while playing a game press RIGHT TRIGGER Button to return to GAME Selector...... In Game Seletor use LEFT TRIGGER to more around the bottom icon options and press play to select..... I think thats all.......... And the member that offered $50 for this, don't worry about the cash, this is 100% FREE.......... Now please test as i can not test on a real giz.......... Ooooo nearly forgot the select button is on forwand button....... TheReaper |

Apologies for going off-topic here, but,,,
how well does the GP2X controller compare to the Gizmondo (or GP32) when used with emulation? Have posted this topic over at the GP32X forums but they seem a little slow in replying. I'm interested in getting an GP2X (F100 or F200) but depends on the controller. Btw, thanks for the release TheReaperUK |

Have posted this topic over at the GP32X forums but they seem a little slow in replying. I'm interested in getting an GP2X (F100 or F200) but depends on the controller. Btw, thanks for the release TheReaperUK Off-Topic............. I'm not sure about the new F200 GP2X, but the old F100 GP2X is a bit of a pain with the stick, for some reason thay made the diagional bigger contacts then left/right/up/down, and also it has a bad habbit of not going left and sometimes up, so i took mine apart and drill out the centrer hole to make it a bit bigger and i took the joystick pot apart and soldied some extra contacts to up/down/left/right.......... As for the unit itself, if you what good allround emulators (lots to pick from and at full speed) its the king of handhelds................ On-Topic............. I glad it works ok, and i hope it brings back lots of memorys and fun............. And really its thanks to member "gambler172", for all his nagging (But don't expect me to do this for all nagging members TheReaper |

this works great. its a bit dificult getting though the menu's but at least it works ok. it works in zektors launcher if you rename pocketstella to autorun.
ive atached a screen shot of it playing space invaders.
